Kristina Hess

Ms. Hess develops and leads process improvement initiatives to enhance operating efficiencies within the finance organization across RxAnte. She has over 20 years of accounting experience which includes managing accounting and finance teams and providing leadership to all aspects of the controllership functions of RxAnte. Ms. Hess ensures the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state, and local regulatory rules for financial reporting. Ms. Hess provides recommendations concerning business processes, strategy, financial goals, and systems to support RxAnte’s growth.

Ms. Hess received her master’s degree in accounting and business from George Mason University and her BS in accounting from State University of New York at Fredonia.
