Chronis Manolis

Chronis Manolis has more than 30 years of experience in the pharmacy and managed care industries, including with retail, mail-order, and specialty pharmacies; managed care; government programs; and account management and sales. He previously held management positions with Medco Health Solutions and Stadtlanders Specialty Pharmacy Services.

Mr. Manolis is the senior vice president of Pharmacy Services and Chief Pharmacy Officer for UPMC Insurance Services Division. In this role, he oversaw the pharmacy programs for the Insurance Division’s Commercial, Medicare, Medical Assistance, Special Needs Plans, WorkPartners and Children’s Health Insurance Program products. Mr. Manolis was also Senior Vice President, Specialty Pharmacy of UPMC Health Services Division where he oversees Specialty Pharmacy.

Mr. Manolis is as an adjunct instructor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy and a member of the National Committee on Quality Assurance (NCQA)/Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) Expert Pharmacy Panel.
